 Conventional Testing Methods

Conventional nondestructive testing (NDT) is used to evaluate and verify the integrity of newly fabricated and in-service equipment, components and assets. The different methods of conventional NDT and their applications provide reliable data to efficiently evaluate newly fabricated or the in-service condition of welds, pressure vessels, pressure piping, fittings, castings, forgings and other equipment assets. All methods are available on a 24/7 call-out, project or facility turnaround/shutdown support basis.

Advanced Nondestructive Testing Methods

Advanced nondestructive testing (NDT) methods are developed and employed to manage unique asset inspection requirements. These methods are designed to provide in-depth data and increased efficiencies to complement or enhance conventional NDT methods. Highly trained and experienced personnel along with technologically advanced equipment and software increases the ability to solve the most complex inspection requirements.

By doing ultrasonic testing we are able to detect problems unseen by the naked eye, that could lead to massive complications in your operation.

Visual Inspection Services

Visual Inspection, or visual testing, is performed by highly experienced and trained personnel in the most efficient manner to detect manufacturing discontinuities/defects and in-service critical equipment damage mechanisms. Experienced inspectors use their knowledge of asset types and processes to locate potential issues and recommend subsequent inspection plans. Visual inspection is applicable to pressure equipment, above ground tanks, pipeline install and integrity assessment, facility turnaround/shutdown planning and execution and new fabrication.

TriQuest NDT is CSA W 178.1 certified for welding inspection to CSA W47, CSA W59, CSA Z662, ASME B31.3, ASME VIII and ASME IX.
